RECRUITMENT MANAGER (FEMALE)

We are looking for Recruitment Manager (Female) to be responsible for carrying out recruitment process and the following tasks:

  • Responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment and the entire social media communication of HR.
  • Decide about the targeted roles and the content of the social media messages. The proactive social media usage should be one of the most important KPIs.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process. The process has to be properly designed and implemented.
  • Sets recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across HR Recruiters.
  • Builds a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors.
  • Responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources. Develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.
  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps.
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Contact a job applicant’s references, making sure information is accurate and gathering as much information on the potential new employee as possible.
  • Arrange schedule of qualified candidates for interview to the concerned department’s head.
  • Inform applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
  • Provide job applicants with all the information they need about a job, from specific job duties to expectations and the possibility of advancement.
  • Endorse qualified candidate to the concerned department.
  • Prepare offer letter to the successful candidate.
  • Ensure all the required documents for the newly hired employees have been submitted to HR.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies inside and outside UAE.
  • Reporting to the General Manager.

LPG SLIMMING THERAPISTS

We are looking for LPG Slimming Therapists with DHA license to be responsible for carrying out LPG Slimming treatments/services, assisting customers in achieving their desired results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Administers proper consultation for the first session and re-evaluation of clients to know the goal and objectives and prevent possible contraindications.
  • Performs Lipomassage (body) and Endermolift (Face) treatments by adhering to proper techniques and maneuvers.
  • Meets the client’s goals and provides quality care by monitoring their progress and motivating them to do the sessions regularly.
  • Documents client services by charting the treatment sessions regularly.
  • Assures continuation of client treatments after achieving their goals to maintain the result for Lipomassage and Endermolift treatments.
  • Maintains client’s confidence and protects SPA operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by proper documentation of the clients’ evaluation form.
  • Carrying our administrative tasks as needed.
  • Introduces the LPG skincare line as a homecare and to boost the treatment result.
