Terms & Conditions
- The “Celebrating All the Women in our Life, Starting With YOU!” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized and conducted by Tips and Toes Beauty Salon (the “Organizer”).
- The Campaign is open to all customers who visit and book an appointment at any Tips & Toes location in the United Arab Emirates between [16th March 2023] and [31st March 2023].
- To participate in the Campaign, customers have to submit the form and must visit and book an appointment at any Tips & Toes location during the Campaign period. Customers will then be automatically entered into the Campaign with a chance to win a 1-year membership for themselves and a woman who inspires them.
- Only one entry per person will be allowed during the Campaign period.
- The prizes for the Campaign are as follows:
- One 1-year membership for the customer who wins the Campaign.
- One 1-year membership for the woman who inspires the winning customer.
- The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Campaign period. The winners will be announced on our Instagram & Facebook Pages and will be contacted via phone or email.
- The winners will be required to provide their contact details and agree to these Terms and Conditions to claim their prize.
- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer.
